Wonderfully located on the Howe Bay waterfront, the Beach House sits closest to the point at the head of a natural sandy cove—a front-row seat to PEI’s famous red sands and dramatic tides. With every shift of the water, the shoreline transforms—revealing wide flats, winding channels, and, at low tide, the sandbars that make this stretch of coast such a favourite for exploring.
Designed to bring the shoreline indoors, the home features windows and sliding glass doors along the ocean side, including a standout 12-foot-wide patio door that opens directly to the view. Inside you’ll find high wooden ceilings and open, easy living areas that make group stays feel spacious and comfortable—perfect for family weeks, getaways with friends, and slow mornings that turn into unplanned afternoons.
Outside is where the week truly slows down: a large cedar sun deck, a screened-in porch, and a covered veranda for morning coffee, lobster dinners, and long evenings watching the bay change. When you’re ready to get on the water, swimming and paddling are exceptional here—guests love taking the kayaks or large canoe out across the channel to the sandbars, where sun-warmed tide pools invite kids (and adults) to splash, wander, and linger.

Check-in / Check-out: Summer changeovers are typically 3:00pm check-in and 10:00am check-out (confirmed in your booking details).
Occupancy: Sleeps up to 11 guests.

No smoking indoors: Please smoke outside and dispose of butts safely.
Respect the quiet: This is a peaceful, private bay—no parties; keep outdoor noise low in the evenings.
